KEVIN KEEGAN reckons there has been a power shift in in English football — for the better.

The ex-England boss thinks the rise of his former club Manchester City has benefitted Manchester in particular.
He said the fact that Manchester United’s biggest rivals lie just down the road has made the city a more interesting place to live.
Lucky for him! As he admitted he was a Citizen — in both senses of the word.
