RONNIE O’SULLIVAN says snooker helps him lose weight.
The roly-poly Rocket put on a stone during his 10-month voluntary absence from the game.He returns to action on Saturday to mount the defence of his World Championship at The Crucible against qualifier Marcus Campbell.
O’Sullivan, 37, said: “I like running, but while I wasn’t playing I got so lazy.
“Snooker gave me a routine. Without it I must have put on a stone.
“Until I can find something to replace snooker in my life I need it.”
